Bryon has been an integral part of the Toy Biz (Marvel Toys)

design team as both a Staff Designer as well as an outsourced

vendor.  He has applied his design skills to several licensed

intellectual properties, including many facets of the Marvel

Universe, Nintendo’s Mario Kart, Capcom’s Darkstalkers and

Marvel vs. Capcom, WCW (World Championship Wrestling)

among several other TV, movie, and animated lines. From

concept to final control-art, he has helped us as a company

move forward with the development of new and exciting toys.

Bryon’s design skills and enthusiasm are an asset to any

development team.  He has the analytical skills to diagnose

problems and devise viable solutions.  His ability to remain

focused during hectic periods, while working on multiple

licenses, proves his ability to work well under pressure.

I first had the chance to work with Bryon when he was in

the Art Dept.  He was designing and drawing package art

for Spider-man, Iron man, X-men and other various Marvel

assortments.

Then I had the opportunity of working along side him for

many years when he came to work full time for Boy's Toys

R&D.  He was integral in many new Marvel assortments, as

well as licenses; including Tomb Raider, Resident Evil,

Lord of the Rings and WCW.  He was lead designer from

featured concepts to final turn-arounds.

Bryon's creative talents have helped us move forward with

the design, production, and development process for new

and exciting toy lines over the many years he has worked

for Toy Biz.

Bryon Webster is a wonderful talent to work with!  Having

a professional relationship with Mr Webster for over 10

years now, I can safely say he is a creative thinker, and an

innovative problem solver.

Taking on difficult projects, like figuring out how the inner

mechanics of an action figure's exploding accessory

works, to something so simple as drawing an inflatable

dragon raft for a 3 year old, Bryon's approach is to take on

any challenge with a smile, and deliver it all on time.

Bryon possesses a gift that not many people in today's

industry of "the STYLE GUIDE" have, which is a true

control of the pencil and freehand. He has great attention

to detail, and an ability to not only follow direction, but to

always add to a design or concept in order to take one's

initial idea and make it that much better!

Bryon would be an asset wherever he goes, and having

known him as long as I have, I would still hire him today.

So, can I refer him for any type of design post?

Absolutely!
